To care for the skin holistically, it is essential to understand that the skin is far more than a surface to beautify; it is a highly intelligent, dynamic organ. It is your body’s first line of defence, a communicator of internal states, and a regulator of many vital processes

About Sinead

Sinead is a facial therapist who takes a holistic, integrative approach to skin health. Rather than treating individual symptoms at the surface, she considers the whole person—exploring why the skin is behaving a certain way and addressing underlying contributors. Her treatments combine a range of modalities and facial therapies with guidance on nutrition, hydration, rest and lifestyle to help clients restore and maintain internal balance for healthier, more radiant skin and overall vitality.

Sinead’s previous background in the luxury fashion and beauty industry provided her with rich experience in leadership, training, coaching (certified), and managing high-performing, client-centric teams. After a 20-year career, Sinead redirected her path by returning to study while continuing to work. Juggling life as a mother of two daughters, travelling and living abroad, working in fast‑paced, competitive environments, and trying to maintain her own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, inspired Sinead to study Health Science — Western Herbal Medicine.

Through her studies she learned the importance of looking beyond symptoms to identify underlying causes, how body systems interact to maintain balance and support the body’s inherent ability to heal, and the factors that can disrupt balance, affect health or lead to disease. From this Sinead grew more curiosity towards the function of the skin, the tactile experience of performing herbal extractions and blending into topical formulas and using herbs and nutrition to nourish the skin from the inside.

The skin is the body’s largest organ and regulates many vital processes. It is a complex, intelligent, and communicative organ that often mirrors what is happening internally. Rising rates of chronic skin conditions—driven by modern lifestyles, processed foods, and stress—have led to an increase in inflammatory conditions such as acne, eczema, and rosacea. Sinead expanded her studies and skills in skin health and facial therapy, lymphatic and buccal massage, and skincare formulation to build a holistic approach to skin wellness, and she is furthering her qualifications in clinical aesthetics.

Holistic skincare isn’t just about “natural” or traditional remedies — it now integrates modern dermatology, nutrition science, psycho-dermatology and mind–body medicine. Because every person’s skin is unique and continually adapts to internal and external factors, Sinead uses a personalised approach for sustainable results, incorporating:

  • Dermal Therapy - personalised treatments for your skin and beyond

  • Health and Wellness - exploring inflammatory responses, sleep, stress, lifestyle and nutrition to nourish your skin

  • Lymphatic and Buccal Massage - releasing tension from stress, stored emotions and natural lifting and sculpting

  • Coaching - wellness and skin coaching for sustainable and long-term results
